- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin pieces for even cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add apple cider and honey. Stir while scraping any bits off the bottom.
- Add thyme and balsamic vinegar, simmering for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it well with the glaze. Let it simmer together for another couple of minutes.
- Plate or serve directly from the skillet, drizzling extra glaze over the top.
