- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti or linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for about one minute until fragrant but not browned.
- 3. Add the Shrimp: Add the fresh shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about three to four minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Avoid overcrowding the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
