  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.
  4. Generously stuff each chicken breast pocket with the garlic herb butter mixture.
