- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.
- Generously stuff each chicken breast pocket with the garlic herb butter mixture.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten egg, and one for panko breadcrumbs.
