  • 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the turkey breast on a large sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and generously season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the remaining olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Arrange them around the turkey on the sheet pan.
