- 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the turkey breast on a large sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and generously season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the remaining olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Arrange them around the turkey on the sheet pan.
- Scatter fresh cranberries over both the turkey and Brussels sprouts.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (75°C) and the Brussels sprouts are golden brown.
