Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in milk and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just mixed.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
- In a bowl, beat room temperature butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add almond extract and milk; beat until fluffy.
- Spread frosting generously on each cupcake.
