- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set but centers appear slightly underbaked. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
