Description

Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies are a delightful treat that combines soft, chewy cookie texture with rich chocolate and gooey marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set but centers appear slightly underbaked. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
