Description

Experience the vibrant combination of tender salmon and fresh vegetables in this easy-to-make Teriyaki Salmon Stir Fry, perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mix of red, yellow, green)
  • 1 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Thaw frozen salmon if needed.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Carefully flip the salmon. Add broccoli florets, bell peppers, and carrots around the salmon in the pan. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until veggies soften.
  5. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over salmon and vegetables. Let simmer for an additional minute to glaze everything beautifully.
  6. Transfer stir fry onto plates or bowls. Enjoy with rice or noodles for a complete meal!
