- 8 oz ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2. In a large pot over medium heat, warm some oil and sear each side of the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pot and set aside.
- 3. In the same pot, add chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili paste. Bring to a simmer.
- 4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions in another pot until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- 5. In a separate pan over low heat, combine heavy cream and minced garlic. Stir continuously until fragrant (3-5 minutes).
- 6. Gradually whisk in grated parmesan until melted and creamy.
- 7. Slice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return it to the broth along with cooked noodles. Let everything simmer together for a few more minutes.
- 8. Ladle ramen into bowls and drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce on top.
