Description

Enjoy a bowl of Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce—a spicy, comforting dish that combines tender chicken, rich broth, and creamy sauce for an unforgettable meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili paste (adjust for spice level)
  • 8 oz ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. In a large pot over medium heat, warm some oil and sear each side of the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pot and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pot, add chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili paste. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions in another pot until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  5. 5. In a separate pan over low heat, combine heavy cream and minced garlic. Stir continuously until fragrant (3-5 minutes).
  6. 6. Gradually whisk in grated parmesan until melted and creamy.
  7. 7. Slice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return it to the broth along with cooked noodles. Let everything simmer together for a few more minutes.
  8. 8. Ladle ramen into bowls and drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce on top.
