  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté.' Add a splash of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pot. Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken and sprinkle ranch dressing mix on top. Add chicken broth to keep it moist.
  4. Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to 'Manual' pressure cooking for 15 minutes.
  5. Once cooking is complete, allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then manually release any remaining steam. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the pot and mix well with sauces.
