- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté.' Add a splash of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pot. Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken and sprinkle ranch dressing mix on top. Add chicken broth to keep it moist.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to 'Manual' pressure cooking for 15 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then manually release any remaining steam. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the pot and mix well with sauces.
- Transfer to plates and drizzle with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing if desired.
