  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, pour in 4 cups of whole milk and 1 cup of heavy cream. Whisk in 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth.
