- 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine half of the marinara sauce with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the marinara mixture at the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer half of the frozen ravioli on top, followed by dollops of ricotta cheese and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Add another layer with the remaining marinara sauce, more ravioli, ricotta, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
