  • 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine half of the marinara sauce with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread half of the marinara mixture at the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer half of the frozen ravioli on top, followed by dollops of ricotta cheese and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella.
  4. Add another layer with the remaining marinara sauce, more ravioli, ricotta, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
