- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp tahini paste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or bowl. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring it's fully coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least one hour (or overnight for maximum flavor).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F/75°C) and golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for five minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
