- 24 ladyfinger biscuits
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups vanilla custard (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- If making homemade custard, whisk egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Gradually add 2 cups milk while stirring continuously. Heat over low heat until thickened. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract and let cool.
- Wash and dry the mixed berries. If using frozen berries, thaw completely.
- In a large glass bowl or individual serving glasses, layer ladyfinger biscuits at the bottom.
- Spoon half of the prepared custard over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the mixed berries. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
- Generously top with whipped cream and pipe decoratively if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours to meld flavors.
