Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups vanilla custard (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

  1. If making homemade custard, whisk egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Gradually add 2 cups milk while stirring continuously. Heat over low heat until thickened. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract and let cool.
  2. Wash and dry the mixed berries. If using frozen berries, thaw completely.
  3. In a large glass bowl or individual serving glasses, layer ladyfinger biscuits at the bottom.
  4. Spoon half of the prepared custard over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the mixed berries. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
