- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Stir occasionally until smooth and melted.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan with the sauce and gently toss until coated.
