Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (lean)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
