- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of salted water.
- 2. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned but juicy. Remove from skillet and let it rest.
- 5. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low.
- 6. Melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- 7. Stir in red pepper flakes, followed by heavy cream, stirring continuously.
- 8. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese until melted into the sauce.
- 9. Slice the rested steak into strips.
- 10. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and steak slices in the skillet until well coated.
- 11. Plate your pasta and steak beautifully, drizzling extra sauce on top if desired.
