- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim the ends from the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise. In a bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the coated Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While the sprouts are roasting, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and toast them until golden brown (about 5 minutes), stirring frequently.
- Once roasted, transfer the Brussels sprouts to a large bowl. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss well until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan on top before serving. Distribute onto plates and enjoy!
