- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Wash and chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the broccoli into smaller florets.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add chopped bell peppers and broccoli.
