  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the broccoli into smaller florets.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
