- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and blend until they resemble fine crumbs. Alternatively, use a rolling pin to crush them in a ziplock bag.
- Mix It Up: In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is creamy and moldable.
- Roll Into Balls: Scoop out about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into small balls (approximately one inch in diameter). Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill Out: Freeze the rolled balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt That Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in short bursts (about 20 seconds), stirring between intervals until smooth.
- Coat & Decorate: Dip each chilled Oreo ball into melted chocolate using two forks to coat evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing back on parchment paper. While still warm, sprinkle crushed candy canes on top to adhere.
