Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz large pasta shells
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of butter until it sizzles.
  3. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
