Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are mouthwatering, bite-sized delights filled with savory ground beef and gooey cheese, all encased in flaky biscuit dough. Perfect for parties or cozy gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in garlic powder and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined and creamy.
  4. Open the biscuit dough canister and flatten each biscuit into a round disc about four inches wide.
  5. Scoop a generous spoonful of the beef mixture onto each dough round, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then fold up the sides to create pockets. Pinch tightly to seal.
  6. Place the assembled bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter halfway through baking for extra richness.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
