Instructions
- 1. Gather all ingredients: garlic scapes, toasted pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 2. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the pine nuts until golden brown. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- 3. In a food processor or blender, combine garlic scapes and toasted pine nuts. Pulse until finely chopped.
- 4. Add grated Parmesan cheese and drizzle in olive oil. Blend until smooth.
- 5. Pour in lemon juice along with salt and pepper to taste. Blend again to achieve desired consistency.
