Description

Grilled Salmon with Maple Soy Glaze is a deliciously simple dish that combines sweet maple syrup and savory soy sauce to elevate fresh salmon to a gourmet experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fillets (6 oz each) Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat Your Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F or 190°C).
  4. Grill the Salmon: Remove salmon from marinade (reserve marinade). Place fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, basting occasionally with leftover marinade.
  5. Check for Doneness: The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and has an internal temperature of about 145°F (63°C).
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Transfer salmon onto plates and drizzle with remaining marinade. Serve alongside grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
