Description

Ground Beef Sheet Pan Lasagna is a comforting, one-pan meal that layers savory ground beef, creamy ricotta, and gooey mozzarella for an easy and delicious dinner option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese (whole milk)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. If using regular lasagna noodles, cook them al dente according to package instructions. If using no-boil noodles, ensure your marinara sauce is sufficiently saucy.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your sheet pan.
  5. Layer with lasagna noodles followed by half of the ricotta mixture (seasoned with salt and pepper), half of the cooked beef, a layer of mozzarella cheese, and more marinara sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake covered for about 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
