Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the fresh broccoli into bite-sized florets. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the garlic-oil mixture over the broccoli florets and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the coated broccoli to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them out for even roasting.
