  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes.
