Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast. Let sit for five minutes until frothy.
- Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, softened butter, eggs, and cinnamon to the yeast mixture. Whisk until well combined.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour one cup at a time until the dough pulls away from the bowl. Knead on a floured surface for eight minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm area for about one hour or until doubled in size.
- Once risen, punch down the dough gently and roll it out into a rectangle about half an inch thick.
- Spread softened butter over the surface of the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Roll up tightly along one edge; slice into equal pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise again while preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
