  • 1 cup fresh bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots (thinly sliced)

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips against the grain. Chop all vegetables and mince garlic.
  2. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil. Once hot, add chicken strips and stir-fry until golden brown (about five minutes).
  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrot slices to the skillet, cooking until tender-crisp (around three minutes).
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Pour over the stir-fried chicken and vegetables.
  5. Add cooked noodles of your choice to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through (about two minutes).
