- 12 taco shells (hard or soft)

- Fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions. Add a splash of water for better flavor distribution.
- While the meat simmers, chop bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces. Spread them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
