Description

Experience the vibrant flavors of Quick & Tasty Sheet Pan Tacos, a one-pan meal packed with seasoned meat, colorful veggies, and melted cheese for an effortless family feast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (mix of red, yellow, and green)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 12 taco shells (hard or soft)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • Fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions. Add a splash of water for better flavor distribution.
  3. While the meat simmers, chop bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces. Spread them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Evenly distribute the seasoned meat over the veggies on the baking sheet. Arrange taco shells around this mixture.
  5. Generously sprinkle shredded cheese over the entire tray.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden. Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite toppings.
