- 1 (10 oz) bag miniature marshmallows
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup white chocolate melts (for decoration)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray or butter.
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until smooth.
- Mix in Rice Krispies: Remove from heat, then add Rice Krispies cereal, mixing until fully coated.
- Shape the Treats: Press the mixture evenly into the greased pan using wax paper or lightly greased hands. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Melt White Chocolate: While treats cool, melt white chocolate according to package instructions until smooth.
- Decorate Like a Mummy: Dip half of each Rice Krispie bar into melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place on parchment paper and add two mini chocolate chips on top for eyes.
