Description

Tasty Baked Crunchy Hot Honey Chicken is a delightful dish featuring crispy chicken coated in a sweet and spicy glaze, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder to create the crunchy coating.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar until smooth.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the hot honey sauce, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until well-coated.
  6. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the top for extra flavor.
