- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Prep the Brussels Sprouts: Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half to maximize caramelization.
- Toss with Olive Oil and Seasoning: In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil and garlic powder. Toss until well coated.
- Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix together honey and Sriracha sauce until fully combined.
- Combine Everything: Drizzle half of the honey-Sriracha glaze over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
